Make your great old stove even better. This is the old guy kit. One NEW coal hopper and throat pieces. This fits the older 1977 model Vermont Castings Vigilant wood/coal stove.The guy I bought it from said he had used it once. I don't believe he had. There is zero coal residue. The throat pieces are not warped at all. Considering the fragile nature of Cast Iron, we want to package this item so it will survive the trip.
