Note: The blower in this listing does NOT have the cheap C-frame motor (with flimsy plastic external cooling fan) that you may find in some other 80472A listings. This listing is for a new US Stove 80472 / 80472A replacement blower assembly.

Features a dependable Fasco motor with oil holes - you can re-lubricate the bearings annually with light machine oil for longer motor life! For your convenience, insulated female quick-connect terminals are pre-installed on the motor wire ends (wires are tucked inside the motor junction box in the photos). The blower has an inlet screen to help keep debris out of the heavy-duty steel blower wheel. Outlet flange outside dimensions are 4 3/4" x 4 3/4". Outlet flange holes are nominal 4.

" (actual 4 1/8") center to center x 1 1/2 center to center. Applications include the following US Stove models: 5500M 5500XLT 5510 5700 6035 6037 6039 6039HF 6039i 6041 6041HF 6041i.

May fit other US Stove models not listed - consult the parts list in your owner's manual. Some pellet stove technicians say that you need a gasket on the blower outlet flange, and some say that you don't. The pros: initial reduced air leakage, initial sound dampening.

The cons: gasket will compress and deteriorate, causing the blower to loosen, with increased vibration, noise, and air leakage. Don't use a gasket.

Tube of High-Temp Red Silicone RTV Gasket Maker for 4 or 5 dollars (Permatex #81160 is one of several brands). This product is rated for temperatures up to 650° F. Apply a thin bead on the blower flange only, wait 10-15 minutes for it to "skin over", and then bolt the blower to the stove. Let it cure for a few hours before firing up the stove. You will have about 90% of the tube of gasket maker remaining, for your next project!
